The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building, however, there's a staircase to access the apartment. It is located on a quiet and residencial neighbourhood with convenient access to public transportation.
→ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed ( cm) and another, an interior room with a small window to the living room, with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a dedicated work space. Both have air conditioning.
→ Living Room
A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, air conditioning and a dining table to sit and enjoy your meals.
→ Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, oven, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as dishwasher and washer/dryer.
→ Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower.
The apartment features a closet in the interior bedroom and in the hallway, providing plenty of storage to keep your belongings.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 until 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the
