Upon walking into the space, there is a unique piece of art made by the designer as a welcome to guests. To the right, find a large living room with two balconies. There is a lounge area facing the Smart TV, an ensconced reading alcove with a bookshelf, and a round dining area. The space has vibrant plants and beautiful woven decor on the walls. On the other side of the entrance, find a modern kitchen with original marble finishings. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. From the kitchen, come upon the terrace which has an outdoor dining area and sitting area.
Next to the kitchen, there is a small hallway fitted with full-length mirrors leading the the bedrooms. There is a first bathroom to the right with a full shower. Across the hallway, find a first bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private work-from-home station. The bright bedroom has access to the large terrace.
