- 2 beautiful and full of natural light bedrooms, with a cozy queen size bed and matching comfortable linen.
- 2 bathrooms, that include, in each one, the amenities, necessary for a soothing stay, such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.
- A living room, with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, cable TV, and a connected balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the nice sunset and sunrise.
- An outdoor pool, in a spacious area, perfect for a good time around family or friends

House rules:
1. Please make yourself at home!
2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the property or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and property doors locked when away from the property.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
