The Quinta has 2 completely independent and private Chalets - Chalet Azul & Chalet Menta – located amid Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Surrounded by nature and tranquillity, with transport at the doorstep and excellent access, close to all kinds of services, being only a few minutes away from several international schools in the region. Downtown Cascais and its beaches are a 10-minute drive away.
Chalet Menta consists of two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds), living room with open kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower and a small terrace with access to the private garden in the Chalets area.
Fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and all the necessary appliances and amenities in order to provide a medium / long stay as pleasant as possible.
With high-speed Wi-F as well as cable TV, washing machine plus drying rack, hair dryer and even vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
You will also have at your disposal a shared pool in the property, a seating & dining area on your private terrace with sun loungers and a table & chairs for lounging moments.
Utilities Bills Paid included and cleaning service available (upon request at an additional cost).
Not adequate for babies & small children.
No pets allowed, since 4 dogs live on the other side of the property and we all aim for peace & tranquillity.
Parking available inside the property for 1 car.
Each Chalet has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
