This bright apartment is well located in Portimão, a town of Algarve. It has a balcony with a dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
There are two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, have comfortable double beds and quality linen so you can have the well deserved rest.
There are a shared indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna and a tennis and pool tables in the SPA area.
The space:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom;
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe;
- A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster;
- 2 complete bathrooms, one of them is an ensuite bathroom. A hairdryer is at your disposal;
- Amenities, towels, and bed linen included;
- A balcony to relax and enjoy the warm Algarve breeze.
- In the SPA area, a shared indoor pool and jacuzzi, where the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can also enjoy the sauna (children under 12 years old are not allowed), gym (only for people over 18 years old) and tennis and pool tables;
- A parking spot.

House rules:
1. Please make yourself at home!
2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

The neighborhood:
For a quiet and peaceful vacation with easy access to the rest of the Algarve coast, Portimão is a great choice. It is the largest city in the western Algarve and is known for its excellent beaches with long stretches of sand and warm, calm waters, which makes it a very attractive vacation destination. Despite its considerable size, the area has a discreet and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea breeze.

The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay.
